Turn this application form into your Learning Manager for approval; while waiting for a response you must continue to meet the lab hour expectation.
 

Please note if a wavier is granted:

       The student will still be expected to attend lab for all testing and informational meetings.

       A waiver can be revoked at any time and the student can be required to attend lab for reasons
      based on student progress.
 
      If all expectations outlined on your Individual Graduation Plan are not being met this waiver will be
   revoked and lab time (i.e. teacher contact time) will need to be increased.
